Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate
Support for Students
Financial aid is available for Nigerian students aged 18 and above. A valid student ID is required. Please mention this when booking your introductory call and we will guide you through the process.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?

How long will I need to be in therapy or coaching?
